Tests and Procedures

Test and minor procedures at Allied Urology Associates include:

• Minor surgical procedures under local anesthesia
• Diagnostic tests
• Cystoscopy an examination of the urinary bladder and under local anesthesia
• Prostate Biopsy

Local anesthesia is administered for some procedures. At times, mild sedation also may be required. Usually patients may resume normal activities very soon after the test or procedure is completed.
